Please follow the sequence as shown in the diagram to install the system.
The following are additional points to note.

1. Connection of 4mm tubes and joints/ sprinklers.

Heat up the ends of the 4 mm tube with a cigarette lighter or candle flame for 2 to 5 seconds in order to soften the plastic. The joint slips easily into the soft plastic. When the temperature returns to normal, the plastic hardens and the joints will be leak free.

2. Connection for parts with threads

To prevent leaks, wrap the threaded parts with 15 - 20 rounds of PTFE tapes. Ensure there is some resistance when the parts are screw on, if not additional tapes. Do not screw and unscrew the joints. This will damage the PTFE tape.
Tapes are not necessary it the joint has a rubber washer.

3. Connection between 4 mm line and manifold

Insert the tube into the manifold tube adaptor. Insert about 1cm.
The joint allows the tube to move only in one direction. To change the tube, please cut it and pull it out from the other side. Forcefully pulling it out in the wrong direction will result in damage to the joint.
